Sperm Motility Tracker v2.0 integrates a clustering module to the typical CASA sperm motility analysis adapted to semen from different species. The novelty of the new version of the software is the integration of a friendly tool that allows researchers and clinical staff to identify sperm subpopulations by a simple procedure. Partitioning is performed by a hierarchical clustering based on selected motility parameters which can be selected automatically or manually.


1. The "Sperm Motility Tracker" software was designed to be used for educational and research purposes. It cannot be copied without prior permission or licensing from the owners.
2. The software "Sperm Motility Tracker" may not be used as part of commercial activity or software release or resale without prior written permission.
3. The software "Sperm Motility Tracker" is made available as it is. The owners make no warranty or representation, express or implied, concerning the quality of any results achieved by the use of the knowhow, or any other information furnished hereunder, or to any other matter whatsoever, including, but not limited to, its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. The Licensee acknowledges that the intellectual property rights in the SMT Software, including any modifications, updates or adaptions, including copyright, vests with developers. The software "Sperm Motility Tracker" was designed and developed by Francisco Buchelly, Juan Ignacio Pastore, and Virginia Ballarin from Laboratorio de Procesamiento de Imágenes, Instituto de Investigaciones Científicas y Tecnológicas en Electrónica (ICyTE) and by Andreina Cesari and Lucía Zalazar from Institute of Biological Research (IIB), both Institutes belonging to the National University of Mar del Plata and CONICET. SMT intellectual property (authorship) is registered as RE-2018-56090078-APN-DNDA#MJ (University of Mar del Plata and CONICET, Argentina).
5. Research results derived from its direct use or from the design concept, must recognize the software by citing the following publications:
